poem ~ lost hour

You lost an hour 
Of precious sleep
But oh how long 
Will you keep that on repeat?

You lost an hour
We all did Friend
It was not your choice
So does it matter in the end?

You lost an hour
I'm sure you've wasted more
By decisions and actions
That you made at the core.

You lost an hour
I'm sure it's not the first
Just don't let this be
The definition of the worst.

You lost an hour
Of your life in time
But the presence of you
Is still divine!

You lost an hour
You can't get back
But don't let it throw 
You completely off track.

You lost an hour
There still is twenty three
The choice of them
Is totally up to thee.
