poem ~ coaching

Coaching will challenge you
and rock you to your core,
And test every belief 
you've held onto before.

Coaching will force you
out of your comfort zones,
And ask you to acknowledge 
the feelings you've given a home.

Coaching will create in you
a path to go deep,
And inspect all the information 
you harbor and keep.

Coaching will show you
the light in the dark,
And give you a perspective 
that's a realization to mark.

Coaching isn't easy
and necessarily fun,
And though it's productive 
there's a price to be won.

Coaching is awesome 
even when it's hard to do,
And see all the reasons to continue
when there is deep pain inside of you.

Coaching will help you
unravel your dreams, 
And give you a purpose
beyond any one thing.

Coaching will focus on
all the things you ignore,
And help you discover 
the life you want and so much more.

Coaching has changed me
over and over again,
And given me the keys
to unlock the greatness within.

Coaching is one of the reasons I can be
living a life that's abundant and free,
And so though I'm at a crossroads today
I'll keep pressing on towards healing always.
